I would also say teams that are available to join would be a good point to have. I don't think it's necessary to try and create a community, but offer up other communities as an information point. It could be like "The Startup Guide - What you need to know for Accelerators, Incubators and more!" and that way you could display success stories, youtube videos of people who have been successful and just post the videos on Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook. As well as creating articles. But you don't need special website for this, I would say for the first 1-year, all you need is social media pages and things like Medium & Linkedin to post articles on.
