Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our online presence, executing content strategies, and implementing digital marketing campaigns. The role requires a combination of technical proficiency, creativity, and strategic thinking to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

➢Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure it reflects the latest information and aligns with brand guidelines.

➢Write engaging and informative blog posts, with a focus on topics related to immigration, subsidies, grants and business, recruitment, government updates.

➢Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and promote our field of expertise.

➢Establish and manage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using tools like Excel and online forms to track and analyze new leads.

➢Create a marketing plan calendar outlining the frequency of blog posts on the website, social media updates, and email marketing campaigns, and settlement programs.

➢Explore and implement new ideas and approaches to acquire clients through various digital marketing channels.

Skills Required:

➢Proficient in using website development tools to update and maintain the company website.

➢Strong writing, typing skills with the ability to create compelling and informative content, especially in the context of immigration and recruitment, government funding, and other related topics.

➢Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.

Preferred Skills/Education:

➢Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

➢ Attention to detail, self motivated, quick learner, able to complete time sensitive assignments, on time and can work without supervision. Has excellent grammar/punctuation skills, a minimum of 4 to 5 years plus of experience in digital marketing, website management, or content creation.
