YEY is seeking a dedicated Youth Outreach Coordinator to join our team of passionate volunteers. The primary responsibility of this role is to help recruit participants for our cohorts by engaging with schools and teachers. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to empower young leaders. As a Youth Outreach Coordinator, you will not only make a positive impact on youth in your community but also develop valuable skills in sales, marketing, leadership, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. School Outreach: Reach out to local schools to identify potential participants interested in YEY's programs.

2. Teacher Engagement: Establish connections with teachers who may be interested in integrating YEY into their classroom curriculum.

3. Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote YEY's programs and recruit participants.

4. Sales Skills: Learn and apply effective sales techniques to communicate the benefits of YEY to potential participants and educators.

5. Leadership Development: Participate in leadership workshops and training sessions provided by YEY.

6. Communication Skills: Enhance your communication skills through regular interactions with schools, teachers, and potential participants.
