NEW Intercambio is an educational agency and we help international students plan their education path in Canada from beginning to the end. We specifically support international students to find the Canadian province where they will live and study and assist them with bureaucracy application to their English school, college, university, and housing.

We are currently looking for interns to work with us performing tasks of Student Recruiter and Office Admin/Customer Service Staff.
Job Type: unpaid internship
Location: 100% remote
Start Date: ASAP

• Student Recruiter
o Requirements:
- Must have their own laptop/desktop;
- Excellent customer care and service excellence attitude;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
- Strong computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
- Enthusiasm and passion for customer services;

o Job Duties:
- Responds to telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp/Facebook messages/inquires from potential students
- Ensures potential students receive an outstanding customer service experience
- Answers potential students about packages and prices, communicates all steps of the registration process as needed
- Knows extensively a source market price list and uses it effectively as a tool for calculation fee for potential students if needed
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop action plans to capitalize on these opportunities
- Create Social Media content on weekly basis

Office Admin/Customer Service Representative
o Requirements:
- University or college student
- Must have their own laptop/desktop;
- Excellent customer care and service excellence attitude;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
- Strong computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and G-Suite (Sheet);
- Enthusiasm and passion for customer services;

o Job Duties:
- Review documents from current students for the registration process and other service through NEW Intercambio
- Follow up with current and former students and ask for their feedback in a timely, friendly, and professional manner;
- Report the feedback from current students to the BC Director and CEO on a regular basis
- Respond to current student inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and WhatsApp
- Schedule meetings with students and partners (schools, influencers, vendors)
- Help organize events for students in Vancouver
- Ensure customer satisfaction regarding the services from NEW Intercambio, and their current educational school and plans
