As a Student Talent Coordinator & Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our student database, engaging with potential new students and current members, and ensuring a seamless experience for both students and partner companies. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing creative marketing strategies to promote our platform and engage with our audience effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
Update potential new members to the system and onboard them smoothly.
Manage the student database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Engage with potential new students and current members to understand their needs and provide assistance as needed.
Answer students' emails promptly and professionally, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Follow up with students on a weekly basis to provide updates and gather feedback.
Share project opportunities with students and forward their resumes to the appropriate teams for consideration.
Arrange workshops and student activities to enhance their skills and experiences.
Update student feedback to the team and collaborate on developing solutions to improve their experience.
Consult students on their questions and career goals, providing guidance and support where needed.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Manage the organization's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Collect student testimonials, videos, and other content to showcase on social media platforms.
Post engaging content on social media daily, utilizing creative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Generate innovative marketing content to promote Beeznests and attract both students and partner companies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in student recruitment, talent management, or marketing is advantageous.
