Project Proposal

Objective: This partnership aims to provide students with practical training and employment opportunities in the fields of marketing and sales, also support the professional growth of students while promoting Yoone’s mission of offering healthier lifestyle alternatives to smokers.

Project Process:

  1. Workshop and Candidate Selection: A workshop will be held to introduce the project and select suitable students.

  2. Onsite Sales Training: The company will provide onsite sales training for a week. During this period, a company representative will work closely with the candidates to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

    • Duration: 1 week

  3. Online Training: The school will handle the online training, with the company collaborating with the instructor. Training will cover areas such as Facebook marketing and SEO, and the sessions will be recorded for future reference.

    • Duration: 1 month, with company collaboration throughout

  4. Project Launch: Once training is complete, all selected students will begin working on the project. Compensation will be provided to the selected candidates.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

1. Field Sales Representatives

Responsibilities:

  • Visit vape shops, chain supermarkets, chain gas stations, and e-cigarette distributors.

  • Receive product training before visits, including a list of clients with addresses, phone numbers, and other relevant information.

  • Schedule and conduct visits, introducing clients to the advantages of our products and assisting them with account registration.

  • Understand the current product needs of clients, including packaging, styles, flavors, and strategies for introducing new brands to new customers through the combination of popular and proprietary products.

  • Prepare product samples based on client feedback and revisit stores.

  • If an order is placed, provide marketing materials and conduct follow-up visits to monitor product sales and gather end-user feedback.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Passionate and entrepreneurial young individuals.

  • Enthusiastic about promoting a healthier lifestyle through e-cigarettes.

  • Preferably individuals who have personally benefited from using e-cigarettes and have a better understanding of the market.

Compensation:

  • Each sales representative will have an affiliate account on our official website. All sales made through their efforts will be credited to their performance metrics, and long-term commissions will be tied to the clients they bring in.

2. Online Sales Representatives

Responsibilities:

  • Build a Facebook account and share product-related images and content online.

  • Each students will manage at least 6 social media accounts 

  • Post relevant content in communities and identify potential customers.

  • Utilize telemarketing by calling potential clients based on a list we provide.

  • Create the digital marketing campaign 

3. Marketing Influencers

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the brand through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Collaborate with vape influencers and TikTok creators by sending them products for review, highlighting the advantages of our products.

  • Include website links in review videos, capture promotional photos, and create visually appealing images of our products in various scenarios using Photoshop.

Objective:

  • Leverage social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) to promote our products, quickly accumulating user attention and trust through authentic experiences shared by influencers, significantly increasing brand awareness and sales.

Key Marketing Strategy:

  • The core of marketing is to associate your product with a lifestyle scenario and collaborate with well-known influencers. The goal is that when users encounter similar scenarios, it triggers a demand for the product. Partnering with influencers is also an effective way to gain acceptance among their followers, creating an idol effect where users want to try the products their favorite influencers use.
