Our digital marketing team plays a key role in expanding our online presence and engaging with our audience in creative ways. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various aspects of digital marketing. This internship provides hands-on experience and the opportunity to work closely with our experienced marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Build a Consistent Online Presence: Ensure that the various platforms the firm uses have consistent messaging and branding and periodically reviewed and updated to ensure consistency.
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, videos and email campaigns.
Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
SEO Optimization: Learn and apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and rankings. *denotes professional corporation
Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Support: Help coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team on cross-functional projects and initiatives. Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, content marketing, email marketing).
Proficiency in Microsoft OƯice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience with visual media tools (e.g., Loom, Video) is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: The internship period is unpaid. However, a discretionary performance bonus may be paid at the end of the internship period. All expenses incurred on behalf of the firm would be reimbursed.
