About the Company:
Youth Empowering Youth (YEY) is a youth-led movement dedicated to empowering, supporting, and developing young leaders. YEY goes beyond being just a program—it is a dynamic community of young leaders working together to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in their communities. YEY provides a safe and positive space where teens can explore their potential while equipping themselves with essential life skills to achieve their goals.

Project Overview:
The goal of this project is to raise awareness of the nonprofit, secure funding, expand outreach, and boost cohort registrations for the upcoming fall and winter sessions.

Duration & Hourly Commitment:

• 20 hours per week for 6 months

Student Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Update the schools database with current contact information for principals, counselors, and social workers
• Expand the schools database to include independent schools
• Organize and streamline YEY's Google Drive
• Contact schools in the database to promote upcoming cohort registrations
• Collect data reports from previous cohorts for use in digital marketing and grant applications
• Create a database of YEY emails for newsletters

Proposed Schedule:

• Minimum of 10 hours during regular school hours (9am to 3pm)
• Remaining hours are flexible, as long as tasks are completed
• Students will log their hours in a shared Google document

Meetings:

• Biweekly meetings will be held to discuss project progress and updates.
