Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to transform innovative concepts into production-ready designs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to understand customer needs and translate them into detailed design specifications for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product concepts aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Create precise design drawings, 3D models, and specifications for manufacturing.
• Work with the production team and factory to ensure smooth design-to-production transitions and address any issues that arise during manufacturing.
• Oversee the entire design process, including aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
• Continuously refine designs by optimizing cost, materials, and production processes to ensure quality and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product design, with the ability to independently manage design projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, Keyshot).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and material selection, with strong communication skills for factory collaboration.
• Excellent creative and problem-solving abilities, capable of meeting project deadlines with high-quality results.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of market trends, with experience in product positioning and brand design.
