Job Title: UGC Campaign Manager

Job Summary:
The UGC Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing user-generated content campaigns aimed at increasing brand engagement and awareness. This role involves strategizing content themes, coordinating with various teams, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize outcomes. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop a comprehensive UGC campaign strategy aligned with the brand’s goals, targeting specific demographics such as students, parents, and women.
Identify key messages, storytelling frameworks, and themes for the campaign.
Research market trends and analyze competitor campaigns to ensure the strategy is innovative and competitive.
Content Development & Management:
Draft and optimize content for various platforms, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand voice.
Oversee the creation of visual assets, including photos, videos, and graphics, ensuring they meet campaign objectives.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and social media teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Platform Management:
Set up and manage campaign profiles, hashtags, and content schedules on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, encouraging UGC submissions, and managing participant interactions.
Monitor and analyze platform-specific performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Launch the UGC campaign, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring all content is published according to the content calendar.
Conduct pre-launch testing, monitor early campaign performance, and make real-time adjustments to improve outcomes.
Implement additional engagement tactics such as live Q&A sessions, contests, and challenges to boost campaign participation.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, UGC submission volume, reach) to assess effectiveness.
Compile and present detailed reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for future UGC campaigns based on insights gained during the campaign.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and social media, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign progress and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or currently pursuing such a degree).
Experience: Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign management is preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Experience with content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in UGC campaigns or influencer marketing.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
Familiarity with visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
