Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to gather and interpret data.
Reporting & Insights:
Prepare regular reports summarizing social media performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
Trend Identification:
Identify emerging trends, hashtags, and content formats that can be leveraged to improve social media engagement.
Analyze competitor activity to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Performance Optimization:
Work with the social media team to test and refine content strategies, including timing, format, and messaging, based on analytical findings.
Provide input on A/B testing and other experimental approaches to optimize social media content and ads.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure data-driven strategies are implemented effectively.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, making complex data easy to understand for non-technical team members.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: Experience with data analysis, social media analytics, or digital marketing analytics through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends.
Good communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of SEO and content performance analysis.

Qualifications:
