Job Title: UI Designer (User Interface Designer)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UI Designer to craft visually appealing and functional designs for our UGC campaign website. The UI Designer will work closely with the UX team to create an interface that is not only beautiful but also enhances the overall user experience. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing and a passion for web design.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design & Branding:
Develop and implement the visual design of the UGC campaign website, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging.
Create visually compelling interface designs, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and iconography.
Design and refine UI components, such as buttons, menus, and forms, to ensure consistency and usability.
Collaboration with UX Designers:
Work closely with the UX Designer to ensure the interface design enhances the user experience.
Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity UI designs.
Incorporate user feedback and testing results into the design process to improve the interface.
Responsive & Adaptive Design:
Design responsive interfaces that provide a seamless experience across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Ensure that the design adapts to different screen sizes and maintains usability on all platforms.
Optimize the visual elements for performance and accessibility.
Style Guides & Design Systems:
Develop and maintain a style guide or design system to ensure consistency across all visual elements of the website.
Provide clear documentation and guidelines for developers to implement the UI design accurately.
Ensure the design system is scalable and can be adapted for future updates and iterations.
Prototyping & Testing:
Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the UI.
Conduct user interface testing to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Continuously iterate on the design based on testing results and team feedback.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in UI design, either through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
Skills:
Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
Ability to create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
Knowledge of responsive design and front-end development basics (HTML/CSS).
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with design systems and style guides.
Knowledge of interaction design principles.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and how they influence design.
