Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading telecom and technology projects from start to finish. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your leadership will play a key role in managing project resources, timelines, and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering telecom and technology projects within deadlines and scope.
• Set project goals, deliverables, milestones, and KPIs that align with company objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, keeping them informed with regular project updates and progress reports.
• Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including project charters, reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Conduct project meetings and manage team communication effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in the telecom or technology industry.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
