About Outback Team Building and Training
Founded in Vancouver in 1993, Outback Team Building and Training specializes in corporate team-building events across North America. Our headquarters remains in Vancouver, with additional event offices throughout Canada and the U.S. We host over 20 types of events, such as Minute to Win It, Amazing Chase, Crime Scene Investigators, and more, including activities through our custom smartphone app.
About the Event: Minute to Win It
In Minute to Win It, teams work together to complete quick, 60-second challenges. All teams compete in each game simultaneously, accumulating points to win the event. The standard event duration is approximately 3.5 hours.
Your Role as Host:
- Assist with event setup and teardown.
- Understand the rules of each Minute to Win It challenge and scoring guidelines.
- Supervise 2-3 teams, ensuring fair play, consistency, and high energy.
- Record and track scores for your assigned teams, helping to expedite the final scoring process.
- Encourage participation and enthusiasm for all players to maintain engagement.
- Uphold professionalism as a representative of Outback Team Building and Training.
- Bring the fun!
We have an opportunity to support an upcoming company event in New Westminster, and I wanted to see if you have any students interested in attending. The pay is $20/hour for a single day, scheduled for November 8, 2024, from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. While we have a student pool here, we’d be happy to consider any strong candidates you recommend.
