We are seeking Rental Coordinators for a logistics company based in Burnaby.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with vehicle rentals, ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately process rental agreements, payments, and necessary documentation.
• Provide information on rental options, rates, and policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Manage vehicle reservations, scheduling and coordinating availability as needed.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after rentals, documenting any damages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked rental area and desk.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely vehicle availability and service.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
