About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative for NewSIM, you’ll be the first point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and helping them enjoy a seamless eSIM experience. This role is perfect for those passionate about delivering outstanding customer service within an innovative tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely, friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues with eSIM installations and connectivity.
  • Educate customers on product features, data plans, and usage.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to the development of a customer support knowledge base.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
