Job Description: The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to understand and meet their staffing needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing a strong client network, identifying staffing needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions (temporary, permanent, and contract staffing).
• Conducting proactive outreach to build a robust client base, including attending networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
• Collaborating with internal recruitment teams to communicate client needs and ensure effective fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and securing sales agreements.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, including details of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous outside sales experience (industry experience is an asset).

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus bonuses and commission
• Expected Hours: 40 per week
