Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for business development? We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth efforts for a well-established Electronic Manufacturing company in Burnaby. Reporting directly to the company president, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve $1M+ in B2B annual sales.
- Client Engagement: Perform cold calls, host meetings, and manage accounts to provide top-tier customer service.
- Process Creation: Establish sales processes and lay the foundation for a high-performing sales team.
- Account Management: Deliver accurate quotes, close deals, and nurture long-term client relationships.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to monitor leads, opportunities, and interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in B2B or outside sales, with a track record of exceeding $1M in sales annually.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in electronics manufacturing, PCBA, or semiconductors.
- Sales Expertise: Proficient in lead generation, cold-calling, and sales process development.
- Professionalism: Outgoing, personable, and adept at networking.
- Mobility: Willing to travel within the Lower Mainland.
Preferred Skills:
- Degree in Business or Engineering
- Formal sales training or CPSA membership
- Experience with trade shows
Compensation:
- Salary: $70,000-$85,000 annually
- Additional Pay: Bonus and commission opportunities
