This leadership position is responsible for managing a dynamic sales team, driving revenue and margin growth, and fostering collaboration between sales and operations teams. The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in strategic pipeline management, performance monitoring, and the growth of the company’s transportation solutions.

Salary Range: $110,000–$115,000


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide an inside sales team.
  • Recruit, train, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Establish and track performance objectives.

Sales & Operations Coordination:

  • Facilitate alignment between sales and operations teams.
  • Drive initiatives in pricing, market penetration, and KPI management.
  • Develop sales strategies and analyze customer metrics in real-time.

Revenue & Strategic Development:

  • Manage revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals.
  • Oversee sales activity metrics, including CRM adherence and load counts.
  • Contribute to RFP submissions and customer bid packages.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in transportation-related roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in non-asset-based brokerage.
  • Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
