About the Role: Royal Metro College is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our admissions process, assist students throughout their enrollment journey, and provide administrative assistance across various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to fostering a smooth and welcoming experience for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Support:
- Assist students in applying for suitable programs and courses.
- Gather documentation, review applications, and prepare admission materials.
- Provide guidance through the enrollment process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Student & Instructor Assistance:
- Support instructors with class coordination, scheduling, and preparation.
- Prepare and distribute class materials for students and instructors.
General Administrative Duties:
- Perform administrative tasks such as ordering inventory, organizing office supplies, and maintaining office records.
- Coordinate with departments to organize events and ensure smooth operations across the college.
- Handle student inquiries, maintain communication, and provide necessary updates.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of college events, including scheduling, setup, and coordination.
Additional Duties:
- Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Preferred diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Marketing.
- Experience: At least two years in customer service or office administration.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and oral).
- Skills:
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
