Your Role:

• Drive growth by dedicating 80% of your focus to expanding existing client accounts and 20% to acquiring new business.
• Utilize advanced CRM tools and customer growth programs to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to position high-quality, cost-effective product alternatives in the market.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with existing clients to uncover needs and grow account value.
• Develop new leads and convert them into loyal customers with a consultative sales approach.
• Follow up consistently on quotes, maintaining detailed notes and action plans.
• Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends to effectively position the company’s offerings.

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of sales experience (industry experience in electrical supplies is a bonus but not required).
• Strong communication and closing skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus).
• A balance of new client acquisition (hunter mindset) and account management (farmer mindset).
• A proactive, data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and achieving targets.
