Full job description

We are hiring an Office Administrator for a Restoration company in Surrey. This is a Direct Hire position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support various data entry duties
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Qualification

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role for a min of 3-4 years
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
