Job Description:
We are seeking an HR & Payroll Documentation Specialist who will work closely with the payroll team to create and manage payroll-related documentation. This role uses AI technologies to automate and optimize the creation and storage of payroll documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use AI-based tools to automate and streamline payroll documentation processes
- Ensure payroll documents are organized, accessible, and up-to-date
- Create reports for internal and external audits
- Work with HR to generate compliance reports and manage employee data
- Maintain an organized payroll filing system (both digital and physical)
- Support the payroll team with ad-hoc documentation tasks
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance in documentation
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in HR, payroll, or related administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and documentation procedures
- Ability to use AI and automation tools for document creation and management
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with sensitive information and ensure confidentiality
